Thursday, September 2nd, 2010We’re expecting eighty guests to eat buffet style at our wedding. We’re serving chicken cordon bleu, beef tenderloins, garden salad, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, and rolls. We are also having wedding cake (of course). How many dishes and pieces of flatware should i get per person?
