How much flatware should I rent for my wedding reception?

We’re expecting eighty guests to eat buffet style at our wedding. We’re serving chicken cordon bleu, beef tenderloins, garden salad, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, and rolls. We are also having wedding cake (of course). How many dishes and pieces of flatware should i get per person?

Per adult you will need – 2 forks (one for dinner/one for dessert), 1 butter knife, 1 steak knife, 1 small salad bowl, 1 dinner plate and 1 small side plate (for the cake). For drinking, one water glass and one coffee cup. If you are having a champagne toast, you will need a glass for that as well. Per child under 2 – 1 small side plate & 1 spoon.

We ordered 10 extra sets just in case.
