I have more kitchen utensils than will fit in my kitchen drawers! Suggestions?
By admin | September 6, 2010
I love to cook, and I use all the kitchen utensils I have. But my kitchen drawers are getting to a point where I can’t find what I need because there’s so much stuff in there. Is there a way I can arrange my kitchen better?

Is silver-plated flatware stainless or does it accumulate stains over time?
By admin | September 6, 2010
I’m shopping for flatware and I found some silver plated flatware on Horchow that I am in love with, but I need something that won’t get stained for every day use. I understand stainless steel would be a best bet but I really like the look of this particular flatware and want it so bad.

How does one test for lead or aluminum in cookware?
By admin | September 5, 2010
I have a super maid cookware pan from around 1930-ish and I wanted to know if there were any simple tests I could use to figure out its chemical compostion. I left my mass spectrometer and chromotagrophy equipment at my friends so thats not possible for the moment.
